We cannot emphasize NUTRITION enough in your CrossFit journey.  Some of you will join to lose weight, to build muscle, to regain strength, or, a bit of everything. No matter the reason, what you eat is more than half the battle.  

 To build strength and lean muscle, you need to fuel your body properly not only before and after your training session, but all day every day. By eating the right foods at the right times, you'll have more energy to train, you'll recover better from intense workouts and you'll maximize the muscle building/fat burning process.  


Members who seek help or guidance in nutrition and free to ask!  I would love to give you some tips and a general direction.  I would love to know what your goals are and by sharing that with me, I can steer you in the right direction.
