"CrossFit is too expensive, I can't afford it." or "I'm not paying that much for a gym membership."

This is not a "gym membership" and YES YOU CAN!

We understand that price is a big factor when purchasing anything today. Before you spend your hard earned money you have to decide if the product is of need & value to you. There is an old adage that still applies today, "You get what you pay for". If I go to a restaurant and order a New York strip it's going to cost more than the sirloin. Our experience, quality of training & in depth knowledge of CrossFit warrants that. We don't & won't cut prices to match or beat perceived competitors. If you are simply looking for the cheapest product then we will be happy to refer you to the most inexpensive facility in town. If you are serious about your health and fitness goals then you've come to the right place.

Good trainers & bad trainers.  The good CrossFit coaches are certified, experienced & understand the physical aspects of obtaining health and maintaining safety. Good trainers can even fend off the egos that cause over training or injury. Talk the talk & walk the walk.  Our trainers were CrossFit members themselves before training.  If we can't do it then we will not expect you to do it. These are just a few reasons that make CrossFit well worth it and cheaper than one on one personal training and a whole lot cheaper than being unhealthy.
